Be a Part of the Greatest Overall Competition for
The Horse Person in 2008
This series of contests will be held at the eight horse fairs or expos listed for 2008. The “Search for
America’s Ultimate Horse Idol” will be a featured part of these events. You as a sponsor would receive
maximum exposure in the printed ads for the event series, radio commercials, live web-cast, promo’s on
the “Speaking of Horses" Show and any other advertising that is done.
The search will be hosted by Wayne Williams and live web-cast at each event. There will also be
banners, sponsor mention and arena time for all sponsors during awards at each stop at each horse fair
or expo.
This search will be advertised nationally and regionally by “The Search for America’s Ultimate Horse Idol”
organization as well as locally by each individual horse fair or expo. With the grass roots appeal of this
event, the advertising value will be extremely high. It will also grow with planned television coverage and
the expanded 2008 series sponsorships are available at three (3) levels :
1. The Ultimate Gold Sponsor------You receive a logo and name as sponsor on the top line of
every print ad, poster and electronic media we use. You get banners in the “Search for America’s
Ultimate Horse Idol” booth space and gathering area. Arena time for awards presentations at each event
we do across the country. You also will receive VIP passes to the winners reception at each series stop.
This cost for the full eight week series and all promos on the “Speaking of Horses “ Show and radio
commercials on the coverage as well as any television time-----$6,000.00
2. The Ultimate Silver Sponsor-----You receive a logo and name as a sponsor on all printed
advertising and all electronic media ads as well. You will receive banner space in the “Search for America’
s Ultimate Horse idol” booth and gathering area and Arena time for awards presentations. You will also
receive a maximum of 20 promo’s on the “Speaking of Horses” Show and limited commercials on Live
Webcast. You also get VIP passes to the winners reception at each series stop. The
cost for Silver Sponsorship----$4,000.00
3. The Ultimate Bronze Sponsor---You receive logo and name on all printed advertising as
Bronze Sponsor and limited electronic media advertising. You will be in 30% of the media promos. You
will also have banner in booth only for “Search for America’s Ultimate Horse Idol” and limited commercials
on the “Speaking of Horses” show promo’s for the Search. You will receive a maximum of 10 promos for
the event on the radio show. You will also receive 5 commercials maximum on live web-cast. .
You will receive VIP passes to the winners reception at each series stop. The cost for the Bronze
Sponsorship----$3,000.00
The above Sponsorship packages are for the entire 8 week run of “Search for America’s Ultimate Horse
Idol” and will include any televised coverage we may receive in addition to or live web-cast each time on
the “Speaking of Horses” Show with Wayne Williams available on www.speakingofhorses.com and www.
